Installation instructions

The schematic diagram of the gate head is shown in the following figure.

If there is a three-in-one small board in the head of the gate (supporting Wigan 26, 34), the cable interface is another style, as shown in the figure.

A Appearance Part Instructions
According to the requirement of the installation site, a hole with a diameter of 50mm is opened in the space position of the gate, generally in the middle or front side.
As shown in the figure,⊕ is the recommended opening position.

Note: The opening position should be based on the actual application scenario and gate type. 50cm is only the reference value.
②Unscrew the nut at the bottom of the gate head column, pull the cable out of the nut and gasket, and remove the nut and gasket, as shown in the figure.
Note: At this time do not connect the network cable, power cord, etc., to avoid installation trouble.
③Insert the gate head and cable from top to bottom into the opening of the gate, as shown in the figure.
④Under the gate, the cable and cable interface are passed through gaskets and nuts in turn, and the nuts are tightened to align the threads, as shown in the figure.
⑤Connect power supply, network cable, screen screen screen start.
⑥Hold the column with both hands and turn it gently to adjust the angle of the brake, as shown in the figure. According to the recognition interface, the brake head is adjusted to the appropriate recognition angle.
Access Control Installation
The gate head is shown in the figure, and the green is the access control interface NO and COM. For other wiring, see the instructions in the Appearance Section.

1、The cables inside the touch switch panel should be as far away from the central area on the back of the panel as possible.

2、In actual wiring, if the 12V power supply line of the main engine does not use "special power supply extension line" and the distance is long, which leads to the cable equivalent resistance too large, it is easy to appear abnormal phenomena such as terminal voltage insufficiency (< 11V), repeated restart of the main engine, crash and so on. The connection of voltage measurement is shown in the figure.
3、The equipment has its own power adapter as shown in the figure. The total length of the adapter is 1 meter. The power line is 40 cm (low voltage wire) and the power line is 40 cm (high voltage wire).

1)The extension of the power supply line (weak current part) should not exceed 2 meters, otherwise it will lead to insufficient voltage supply at the main terminal of the equipment, and abnormal phenomena such as repeated restart and crash will occur. If the power supply is far from the equipment, it can extend the power supply line (strong part).
2)If other adapters are used, such as 9V and 1A, insufficient voltage and low current will lead to repeated restart of the equipment.
3)The cables used should not be too thin (e.g. thin wire). It is recommended to connect multiple identical cables in parallel or to use copper-core-thickened cables to ensure voltage > 11V.
Note: If using wire, the extension wire will be positive with 4 strands of wire and negative
with 4 strands of wire.
4) If it is not clear how to extend, please contact the supplier to replace the "special power extension line".
